Assignment
Rob te Velde, founder of Capteer, came to us with two gaps: SEO content wasn't getting the support it needed, and there was no cold outbound funnel on LinkedIn to turn interest into discovery calls.
The ask was practical — help onboard and guide an SEO intern, and build a LinkedIn outbound system Rob could run without living in the inbox.
What we did
LinkedIn Funnel
A three-message sequence built around call intent, founder story with social proof, and a final objection-handling nudge — no vague connect requests.
AI Chrome Extension
Lead scoring AI surfaces the lowest-hanging fruit for SDRs. A copywriter agent mirrors each lead's tone and message history so replies feel personal at scale.
Frase SEO Engine
Implemented Frase to produce AI-optimised SEO articles — supporting long-term inbound while the LinkedIn funnel drove immediate pipeline.
Obstacles We Overcame
Audience stealing over standard lists
We used Sales Navigator — but skipped the usual targeting lists. Instead, we scraped leads engaging with influencers who serve Capteer's ICP, surfacing higher-intent prospects already interested in the topic.
One voice per account
Multiple people answering on the same LinkedIn profile created gaps when leads called back. We consolidated to a single consistent voice across the funnel.
Learnings
- Make call intent explicit in the invitation — don't just ask to connect.
- Message two: introduce yourself, share the SaaS origin story, and lead with social proof.
- Message three: surface the most common objections as a last push to get a reply.
- 8–10 hours of positioning and ICP work upfront made week-two results possible.
